Time for a travel adventure
We've got our first look inside Tiana's Bayou Adventure, as parks get ready to debut more summer attractions.
Good morning from LAX. It's a travel week here on Theme Park Insider, with three press events coming up, back-to-back-to-back. (Just like Tom Emanski's AAU champions! Fred McGriff says best wishes to everyone who got that deep-cut reference, by the way.)
The headliner is the press debut for Tiana's Bayou Adventure at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, which is now in cast previews in advance of its official public opening on June 28. Disney released its official POV video of the ride this week, so the debate has intensified over whether Disney did the right thing by changing the former Splash Mountain and creating a new attraction featuring characters from "The Princess and The Frog."
I have thoughts, and you will be able to read them when I post by review of Tiana's Bayou Adventure next week. In the meantime, readers are reacting to our coverage.
