Marvel Goes Broadway at Disneyland
Plus, some scary news from Six Flags - and this time it's not financial!
If you travel between California and Florida frequently, as those of us connected with the theme park industry, often do, you might have noticed that the weather often runs opposite on each coast. This week has provided one of the more extreme examples, with roasting temperatures in Central Florida, while those of us in Southern California have enjoyed seeing snow blanket not just our surrounding mountains, but some of the higher-elevation valleys, as well.
The storms postponed the long-awaited return of a Disneyland parade and closed the coaster parks for a few days, but otherwise it was “the show must go on” at Disney and Universal.
Speaking of shows… (how’s that for a segue?)
Disneyland Teases Real-Life 'Rogers: The Musical': The campy, cheesy, fake Broadway musical from the Disney+ TV show Hawkeye is coming to Disney’s Hyperion Theater for real this summer. It’s a dream come true for some Marvel fans, but will the actual production deliver more than a cheap laugh?
Here are the rest of our stories from the Disneyland Resort this week:
