We have our first review from inside Universal Epic Universe, as well as confirmation of a new Universal theme park in Great Britain, coming in 2031.
It's been a huge week for news from Universal. Last weekend, Universal Orlando opened its Epic Universe theme park for a press preview, and we were there to bring you photos, videos, and our reviews from inside the park.
Then last night, Universal Destinations & Experiences dropped the news that it has set a deal with the government in the United Kingdom to develop a new Universal Studios theme park in England, to debut in 2031.
Robert’s first review of Universal Orlando’s Epic Universe: Here is my initial review of the new Universal Epic Universe, including walk-around videos of its four IP-driven lands as well as photos and first thoughts about many of their attractions, including the amazing Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry, which was opened for the first time.
Music helps make the magic in Universal Epic Universe: Universal Epic Universe works because it offers more than a collection of headline attractions. An example? The musical area entertainment that I found in two of the park’s lands.
First look inside Universal Orlando's new Helios Grand Hotel: This 500-room, Signature Collection hotel overlooks Universal Epic Universe, with a dedicated entrance for hotel guests directly into the theme park.
Public previews for Epic Universe to begin April 17: The new theme park opens officially to the public on May 22. However, Universal is now allowing its annual passholders and other guests to make reservations for previews that will start on April 17.
