SeaWorld looks to move rent case to federal court: SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment has filed to move to federal court the City of San Diego's $12 million-plus case against it over unpaid rent.
More theme parks give up on year round operations: Several Cedar Fair theme parks are abandoning their year round operations. Three of the chain's theme parks revealed their 2024 operating schedules yesterday, noting that they no longer will be open on weekends throughout the year.
